Mr. Alloush holds an M.A. in Psychological Counseling from the College of Education/Jerusalem University .
He has been the Chairman at Al_Sadiq AI-Taieb Association for the treatment and Rehabilitation of Alcohol and Drug Addiction in Jerusalem since its establishment 1986 and currently holds the position of General Director of Al-Sadiq AI-Taieb Association's Board of Directors Deputy Director of the Union of Charitable Societies (NGO's) since 2001.
He brings to the board his extensive experience in the field of drug addiction and its relation to social problems ( Child Abuse, Violence against Women, and Youth Issues) in the Palestinian Community having participated in a number of International, Regional and Local conferences.
Mr. Alloush holds the position of General Director at Al-Sadiq AI-Taieb Association's Board of Directors in addition to being the Deputy Director of the Union of Charitable Societies (NGO's) since 2001. He is also a lecturer & trainer in the field of maladaptive behavior and community awareness related to the risks and side effects of drugs and the social problems related to addiction.
Mr. Alloush participated in a number of local, regional and international conferences in the field of drug addiction and its relation to social problems ( Child Abuse, Violence against Women, and Youth Issues in the Palestinian Community.

• Member of the ICAA (International Council for Alcohol and Addiction) . since 1994.
• Member of the Arab Society for the prevention of drug addiction by the Arab Egyptian Republic since 1997.
• Member of the Palestinian Higher National Committee for the prevention of drug addiction since 1999.
• Member of the Palestinian Higher National Committee for the prevention of drug addiction since 1999.
